At the Faculty of Contemporary Business, students learn new knowledge, technology and skills required in the rapidly changing world of business. The faculty is composed of two departments: the Department of Management and the Department of Urban Environmental Design, and each one is divided into richly distinctive courses. The aim is to nurture human resources that can be useful in society, as each of the departments and courses incorporate practical and varied exercises.
The Department of Management cultivates human resources that can contribute to the development of industries and society in the coming era, as students acquire specialist knowledge and skills relating to the management of commercial and noncommercial organizations. Students can learn a variety of areas pertaining to management, including corporate management, information technology (IT), operation of public organizations, management of medical institutions and business deployment of global enterprises.
The Department endeavors to produce individuals who can work in areas that enrich life: in architecture, interior design, tourism, and artistic and cultural support. It adopts a comprehensive approach that embraces spatial, economic and cultural perspectives.
